Purpose of the Role: To manage and coordinate all assigned client-facing activities across NeoHealthHub, ensuring that our clients receive a consistently excellent experience throughout the full lifecycle of their engagement — from onboarding and contract setup through to delivery, reporting, and offboarding.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Services and working collaboratively with the operations, finance, and Market Access Director teams, the post holder will act as the primary point of contact for designated NeoHealthHub clients. The role requires a proactive, mature individual who takes ownership of client relationships, anticipates needs, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for designated NeoHealthHub clients, building strong, trusted relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure regular and meaningful contact with clients, proactively identifying needs and opportunities to enhance value and service delivery.
    • Lead and attend client account meetings to report on performance against contractual KPIs and deliver relevant market insights.
    • Continuously seek ways to improve working practices and the overall client experience of NeoHealthHub.
  • Contract & Project Coordination
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure all appropriate contracts, Statements of Work, and payment terms are completed and in place prior to the start of any project or sales activity.
    • Ensure all KPIs are confirmed, clearly communicated to delivery teams, and regularly monitored throughout the contract period.
    • Monitor contract renewal dates, proactively initiate renewal discussions, and ensure timely completion of all renewal documentation.
    • Ensure clients are professionally offboarded at the end of each contract period and that all records are appropriately archived with the operations team.
  • Financial & Administrative Management
    • Work closely with the finance team to ensure client invoices are issued on time, purchase orders are received, payments are tracked, and any late payments are promptly chased.
    • Manage accrual lists and support accurate budgeting and forecasting activities.
    • Maintain and manage the company CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry, stage monitoring, and reporting.
    • Update and manage all internal administrative requirements in accordance with set timelines, utilising company IT and data collection systems.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure all activities undertaken on behalf of clients comply with the ABPI Code of Practice and all other applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical codes at all times.
    • Schedule and coordinate client-led product technical training and pharmacovigilance awareness training for Market Access Directors at the start of each contract, including collation of attendance records and validation certificates.
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure all training records are logged in HR files and company compliance records.
    • Support planned self-inspection audits of activities to monitor adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures and report any deviations.
    • Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Business Development Support
    • Recognise and communicate opportunities for business development across the NeoHealthHub portfolio of services.
    • Support the Senior Director of Client Services with business development activities where required, leveraging existing client relationships to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable record of success in an account management or client services role.
  • Experience of working with and maintaining excellence in CRM system reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred

  • Post-graduate qualification.
  • ABPI qualification.
  • Marketing or relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrable evidence of managing adherence to the ABPI Code of Practice.
