Location: Southampton, SO40 3SH
Shifts: 44 hours per week, 5 days Monday to Saturday (must be able to work Saturday)
Salary: £35,243.52
This role supports Cencora\’s wholesale distribution services in Europe through Alliance Healthcare.

Role Overview
Are you an experienced and reliable driver seeking a challenging role? We are hiring a Multi Drop Van Driver to join our Fleet and Transport Team, responsible for completing upwards of 50 drops per day using a 3.5-tonne van.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 3.5-tonne van safely to deliver pharmaceuticals.
- Load and unload totes, ensuring their security.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
- Communicate with the transport team regarding updates or issues.
- Perform daily vehicle checks.
- Lift tote bins up to 25kgs.
- Complete over 50 high-volume deliveries daily.
- Hold a valid manual driver’s license with no more than 3 points.
- Have proven experience as a Multi Drop Van Driver or similar.
- Be familiar with local traffic laws and delivery routes.
- Manage time effectively with strong organizational skills.
- Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Work independently while adhering to schedules.
