  • Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse systems and documentation.
  • Pack products safely and securely, ensuring appropriate packaging is used at all times.
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies, pick face errors, and damaged goods.
  • Process orders across a variety of warehouse areas, including medical bulk, refrigerated, and secure locations.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting operational targets.
  • Follow Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements and company procedures.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Communicate operational issues promptly to Team Leaders and support the wider warehouse team as required.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our outbound team.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and processed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Working to high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, you will help ensure products are delivered to customers on time and in full., High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience working in temperature-controlled environments., High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.

Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.

Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.

Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.

Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
