This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business. To accurately count and record daily counts as per the count schedule at agreed rate. Assist in the daily completion of inventory related tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To be prepared for the role (i.e. pen, clipboard, calculator, etc).
  • To accurately count and record on Leonardo count books various daily counts as per the count schedule, keeping strictly within the stock counting procedures.
  • Remove any stock found in the wrong location to the sin bin and complete sin bin control sheet.
  • Validation of Extended Pick slots, by checking that there is the right amount of stock in the right location and reporting any discrepancies.
  • To check rotation of stock and expiry dates of products and report queries.
  • To validate available slots and inventory reports.
  • Count slots for investigation of balance on hand queries that may arise from other areas of the warehouse (i.e. Replenishment, Quarantine).
  • IWT Assembling.
  • Report any bad practices (i.e. stock presentation, poor housekeeping, dust, etc).
  • Meet all Health and Safety requirements.
  • Carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Management.
