About the role
As a Multi Drop Driver, you will be responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate delivery of our pharmaceutical products to customers across the UK. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring correct deliveries, reporting shortages or errors, and maintaining a high level of customer care. You will also conduct daily vehicle checks, uphold vehicle security and work Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pharmaceutical products accurately and on time.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
- Scan and verify items, reporting shortages or errors promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service as the daily point of contact.
- Work Saturdays and adapt to varying schedules when required.
- Maintain the security of the vehicle and all cargo at all times.
Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- No more than 3 live points on your driving licence.
- Capable of bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety regulations.
- One year of commercial driving experience within the last three years.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
- Positive attitude towards customer care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
