This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Drop Van Driver to join our dynamic Fleet and Transport Team. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely completing upwards of 50 drops per day using a 3.5‑tonne van.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 3.5‑tonne van to complete assigned daily pharmaceutical deliveries.
  • Load and unload totes onto the van while maintaining their integrity and security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries made, and any other relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with the transport team to relay updates or address any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure your van is in a roadworthy condition.
  • Lift tote bins with a weight up to 25 kg.
  • Carry out upwards of 50 high‑volume deliveries per day.

Qualifications

  • Valid manual driver’s licence with no more than 3 ‘live’ points on your licence.
  • Proven experience as a Multi Drop Van Driver or similar role.
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of assigned delivery areas/routes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.
