The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
To take responsibility for the day‑to‑day activity of relocating pallets to and from the racking at Alloga on behalf of the client. To ensure all movements are accurately recorded onto the WMS. Fulfilling any additional client requests and maintain a quality service for the stock on arrival to the warehouse.
Key Tasks
- To ensure that all department activity is performed in accordance with company procedures and client instructions.
- To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Management.
- Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals to ensure activities are performed in compliance with relevant requirements of GDP, GMP (as applicable) and any ISO certifications held by the company.
- To ensure that all work activities are always in line with the Company Health & Safety policies/standards.
- To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to the H&S Manager.
- To ensure that only equipment for which full training has been received is operated.
- To ensure any MHE used is fit for purpose by completing a pre‑use check before operating. Any defects should be reported to the relevant Line Manager.
- To report any damage or defect whether it be to equipment, property, or products to a supervisor.
- To ensure that personal appearance is in keeping with the company guidelines ensuring that the company uniform is worn and is clean and in presentable condition together with the wearing and displaying of a valid identity pass.
- To ensure that all operations are in line with the MHRA and GDP standards including maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping.
- To ensure high levels of accuracy when placing pallets into or from the racking to ensure stock traceability.
- To encourage continuous improvement in all areas of contract operations.
- To ensure that all direct reports adhere to the Company Health & Safety policies/standards at all times.
- To report any accidents and near misses immediately to the HS&E Manager.

- Qualified in MHE (PPT & Counter‑Balance, Reach, Bendi, VNA).
- Experienced in operating an RDT.
- Trained in all relevant SOPs in 3 months.
