The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
Responsible for the checking of stock returned from our customer base against the returns/uplift paperwork for quality and accuracy and the subsequent movement of the processed stock to its desired location in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- To ensure that all work activities are in line with the Company Health & Safety policies/standards at all times.
- To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to the Returns Supervisor.
- To ensure that only equipment for which full training has been received is operated.
- Under no circumstances shall equipment be used without prior, documented training provided.
- To report any damage or defect whether it be to equipment, property or products to the Supervisor.
- To ensure that personal appearance is in keeping with the company guidelines ensuring that the company uniform is worn and is clean and in presentable condition together with the wearing and displaying of a valid identity pass.
- To ensure that all operations are in line with MHRA and GDP / GMP standards including maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping.
- To ensure that all department activity is performed in accordance with company procedures and client instructions.
- To encourage continuous improvement in all areas of contract operations.
- To complete all paperwork/UPI when receiving stock.
- To complete all returns in line with processes.
- To undertake general Returns activities - Tagging stock/transferring/loading transfer trailers.
- To perform any returns FMD activity.
- Reporting any abnormalities that arise on a daily basis to the Returns Supervisors.
- To complete full weekly validations.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
- To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Management.
- Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals in order to ensure activities are performed in compliance with relevant requirements of GDP, GMP (as applicable) and any ISO certifications held by the company.
