- Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
- Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
- Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
- Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
- Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
- Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
- Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
- Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
- Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
- Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
- Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
- Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
- Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
- Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
- Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
