Place Planning and Delivery Lead 9049 | 18 month fixed term contract | £50,166 to £54,277 per annum (Scale L) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich

Are you passionate about using data, insight, and collaboration to deliver real impact for communities?

We\’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Place Planning & Delivery Lead to join our Adult Social Care team. You\’ll be part of a team of five, each aligned to one of Norfolk\’s five geographical Places with this role primarily supporting East Norfolk or North Norfolk. While your core focus will be providing increased leadership and delivery support at a local Place level, you\’ll also lead on countywide initiatives, helping to drive consistency, share learning, and embed best practice where it makes sense.

This is a pivotal role in delivering our strategic priorities. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you\’ll lead change initiatives, manage performance at Place demonstrating the values of NCC.

We\’re seeking someone who\’s confident with complexity, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven by outcomes. You\’ll bring strong project and change management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to turn insight into action.
