Operational Manager – line managing a team of Reablement Assistants and Support Workers within Norfolk First Support. Provide daily guidance, supervision, and team meetings to maximise the delivery of quality reablement support in the community.
- Line manage a multidisciplinary team of Reablement practitioners.
- Ensure effective use of electronic staffing and scheduling systems.
- Collaborate with Registered Service Managers, practitioners, and other operational managers to deliver partnership‐based care.
- Monitor and report on service performance and resource utilisation.
- Advocate for the integration of voluntary and community services to support staff and service users.
Required skills and experience
- Experience working with people in a health and social care setting.
- Clear and appropriate communication skills with the public, staff and external agencies.
- Strong judgement, initiative and the ability to plan and prioritise own work.
- Knowledge of current policy, practice and legislation within Health and Social Care.
- Experience of line management and team leadership is desirable.
