This is a hybrid role, with shifts split between home and office. Shifts are 9:45 pm to 6:15 am, including weekends and bank holidays on a two‑week rota. Week 1: no shifts. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Taking referrals via phone and our social care system (Liquid Logic).
  • Working alongside the East of England Ambulance Service to respond to incoming referrals for Swift and Night Owl services.
  • Triaging incoming information against service eligibility criteria, escalating to a manager where unclear, and making timely decisions on referrals.
  • Planning and coordinating staff logistics, ensuring the right teams are sent to the right calls, making effective use of staffing resources.
  • Deploying support workers to respond to unplanned care needs such as falls, personal care, or welfare checks.
  • Providing real‑time support to our support workers in the field, answering queries and offering a calm, reassuring voice.
  • Supporting referrals into Norfolk First Support.
