We are looking for a highly focused, organised and resourceful Network Coordinator to support one of our In Care Teams within our Corporate Parenting Service. The role requires a competent administrator who is well‑organised, self‑motivated and capable of delivering a high level of customer service, prioritising tasks, multitasking, meeting tight deadlines, adapting to change and managing information accurately and sensitively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure key meetings are arranged, coordinating with internal and external professionals and families.
- Minute meetings as required.
- Track group supervisions.
- Support financial processes (raising purchase orders, reconciliation, invoicing, setting up payments).
- Coordinate information on bespoke systems.
- Arrange travel and bookings for staff.
- Manage duty rotas.
- Collate and send assessments.
- Create and maintain trackers.
