Norfolk County Council (NCC) are looking for a well organised and practical payroll and absence administrator to join the vibrant and enthusiastic NCC payroll team. Excellent attention to detail, time management and good administration experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Your role will be to ensure all pay data is accurately collated, verified and paid each month to all NCC staff.
- You will support and engage employees throughout their absences, advising of pay changes, updating systems and writing to them directly.
- The role will include setting up and maintaining employee records on Oracle Fusion, processing changes following business as usual, monthly payroll and organisational change activity and producing accurate and timely documentation.
- You will need to establish and maintain good working relationships with all employees while delivering an agreed level of service to specified timescales.
Work pattern
This role is currently hybrid working from home, with an expectation to attend the office one day a week.
