Operational Manager – line managing a team of Reablement Assistants and Support Workers within Norfolk First Support. Provide daily guidance, supervision, and team meetings to maximise the delivery of quality reablement support in the community.

Line manage a multidisciplinary team of Reablement practitioners. Ensure effective use of electronic staffing and scheduling systems. Collaborate with Registered Service Managers, practitioners, and other operational managers to deliver partnership‐based care. Monitor and report on service performance and resource utilisation. Advocate for the integration of voluntary and community services to support staff and service users.

Required skills and experience

  • Experience working with people in a health and social care setting.
  • Clear and appropriate communication skills with the public, staff and external agencies.
  • Strong judgement, initiative and the ability to plan and prioritise own work.
  • Knowledge of current policy, practice and legislation within Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of line management and team leadership is desirable.
