About The Role

We’re seeking an innovative analyst who can work across a complex partnership. You will develop and maintain the NSAB's analytical products (particularly Power BI dashboards), produce compelling narrative reports, and ensure robust, routine reporting to the Board. • Own the Power BI suite: model multi-agency data, develop DAX measures, design intuitive visuals, automate refreshes, assure data quality, and document products.
  • Produce high-quality narrative reporting: translate trends and themes into practical recommendations.
  • Coordinate multi-agency data flows: work with Social Care, Police, Health (ICB/Trusts), and VCSE partners to establish reliable inputs, shared definitions, and refresh cycles.
  • Safeguard privacy and compliance: partner with Information Governance leads to ensure GDPR compliant data use and fit-for-purpose data sharing approaches.
  • Manage delivery: maintain an analytics roadmap and backlog; apply sound project management disciplines to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Build capability & engagement: present findings to diverse audiences; upskill stakeholders in data literacy; act as the single point of contact for NSAB analytics.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality analysis to senior and multi-agency audiences.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator, able to distil complex analysis into concise, actionable insight.
  • Project management capability.
  • Understanding of safeguarding context, public sector information governance, and confidentiality.
  • Experience with adult safeguarding data or multi-agency public sector datasets.
  • Knowledge of data sharing arrangements and IG in a partnership environment.
