Cook in Charge | 8859 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £26,403 to £28,142 per annum (Scale E) | Norwich Castle Museum

Responsibilities

  • Run the catering at the castle museum Norwich in the new kitchen and café.
  • Maintain a high standard of food production and food safety.
  • Assist in training, supporting and mentoring your team.
  • Work with your manager to prepare food for functions as well as for the daily running of the café.
