Overview
Building Services Assistant | 8850 | Permanent Contract | 18.5 hours per week | £25,583 to £25,989 per annum pro rata (Scale D) | The Shirehall, Norwich.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of the city’s iconic buildings as part of a busy team.
- Interact with the public and contractors in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate experience of health and safety in the workplace.
- Undertake practical maintenance tasks as required.
- Work a two week rota: Week 1 – Monday 07:30-17:30; Week 1 – Tuesday 08:00-18:00; Week 2 – Saturday 07:30-17:30; Week 2 – Sunday 07:30-17:30.
- Undertake out of hours emergency call out duties on a rota basis and occasional evening work.
Requirements
- Experience of working with the public and contractors.
- Experience of health & safety in the workplace.
- Aptitude for undertaking practical maintenance tasks.
Hours, Location and Salary
The role is based at The Shirehall, Norwich. 18.5 hours per week. Salary: £25,583 to £25,989 per annum pro rata (Scale D).
