The predicted salary is between 37856 - 42200 £ per year.

Working in the Places and Community team, you will drive the work of the Health and Wellbeing Partnerships (HWP) and priorities of the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP). You will play a key part in maturing these partnerships, ensuring their success, and maximising learning. You will focus on public health priorities such as community development, addressing hardship and wider determinants of health.

We are particularly looking for people who have a proven track record of motivating and influencing others, project development and thrive in a multi‑agency environment. You will need to be curious, listen to and engage with communities, have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with partners to work towards our common goals.
