Cemex UK Group is seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor for our Dry Silo Mortar plant in Swindon. You will work with the Plant Manager to ensure safe, efficient operation, accurate production, stock control and compliance with HSE standards.
The role involves managing on-site safety of visitors and contractors, coordinating raw material deliveries and stock checks, and supporting maintenance activities while developing skills across plant operations and mobile plant.
