It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience in the vehicle maintenance industry from a customer service perspective, to include an understanding of statutory compliance for vehicles more than 3,500kgs. Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face to face, written, and via the telephone. The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, be computer literate, knowledge of Kerridge and 1link systems will be an advantage. Be eligible to work in the UK.

What will your role as a Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance Controller look like?

  • Report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager working as part of a valued team
  • Dealing with customer maintenance enquiries, breakdowns, franchised dealerships, and independent repairers
  • As part of a busy maintenance team, your focus will be on delivering first class service in an efficient cost-effective manner
