What you’ll be doing
- Converting inbound enquiries from website, phone and social channels into orders
- Spotting and acting on opportunities to self-generate new business and grow your portfolio
- Delivering confident, clear advice on leasing and finance options
- Driving every client journey from enquiry through to delivery
- Building strong relationships with customers, funders and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring all communication meets FCA standards
