- Collect and deliver customer vehicles
- Recover damaged or non-roadworthy vehicles
- Complete vehicle condition checks on collection and delivery
- Transport vehicles safely and legally
- Keep the recovery vehicle clean and report any defects
Quality Controller (QC) Duties
- Carry out final vehicle quality checks before handover
- Check repairs have been completed correctly
- Inspect paintwork, panel fit, trim, and vehicle cleanliness
- Make sure all repaired systems and parts are working correctly
- Confirm required safety checks, wheel alignments, and calibrations are complete
- Road test vehicles when required
- Sign off completed repairs and identify any issues needing attention before release.
