Como salvavidas, eres una parte integral de nuestro equipo de seguridad en el agua. El salvavidas es responsable de implementar todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad del agua; mientras supervisa a los miembros e invitados dentro y alrededor de la piscina. Los deberes principales incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

  • Preséntese al trabajo con la vestimenta adecuada y listo para asumir responsabilidades con un mínimo de 5 minutos de anticipación.
  • Prevenga accidentes mediante la supervisión adecuada y la aplicación constante de las reglas.
  • Responda rápidamente a emergencias dentro y fuera del agua.
  • Administre primeros auxilios según sea necesario.
  • Informe las condiciones inseguras al director o al jefe de guardia.
  • Complete las tareas de limpieza o mantenimiento que le sean asignadas.
  • Analice el agua y registre los resultados en horarios programados.
  • Notifique al supervisor si el cloro o el pH es demasiado alto o demasiado bajo, verbalmente y por escrito.
  • Mantenga una apariencia respetable en todo momento.
  • Conocer y hacer cumplir todas las reglas de la piscina de manera respetuosa.
  • Refleja una actitud positiva y amistosa.
  • Asistir y participar en todas las reuniones del personal y en los servicios.

Calificaciones:

  • Debe tener 16 años o más.
  • Debe poseer la certificación de salvavidas SAI (capacitación disponible).
  • Capacidad para trabajar con el público y poseer excelentes habilidades de relaciones públicas y servicio al cliente.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse tanto verbalmente como por escrito; capacidad para crear relaciones laborales efectivas con los empleados y el público.
  • Capacidad para analizar y evaluar hechos; realizar evaluaciones y observaciones sólidas y objetivas; y cuando sea apropiado, hacer recomendaciones constructivas.
  • Capacidad para mantener la objetividad e implementar estándares de cuidado apropiados en todos los ámbitos de trabajo.
  • Jugador de equipo que trabaja bajo supervisión directa en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
  • Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar mañanas, mediodía, tarde, fines de semana y feriados.

Pago y Horas:

Gane hasta $ 11.00 por hora dependiendo de la experiencia; 24-32 horas por semana, disponible para trabajar días y noches, fines de semana y feriados. Se requiere trabajo.
