Responsabilidades:

  • Recibe a los invitados, comunica las ofertas de stands y responde a las preguntas de los huéspedes de manera amistosa.
  • Sirve alimentos y bebidas en proporciones correctas, siguiendo las pautas de higiene adecuadas.
  • Registra todos los residuos.
  • Participa en la instalación del stand, organiza el inventario, notifica al Stand Lead sobre cualquier deficiencia o escasez de inventario y registra los desechos.
  • Realiza tareas de limpieza en el stand para mantener la apariencia de calidad del área de trabajo, incluido el equipo de limpieza.
  • Registra correctamente todas las transacciones a través del sistema de punto de venta e informa a los huéspedes de los montos adeudados.
  • Cobra el pago correspondiente por alimentos y bebidas; procesa la tarjeta de crédito o determina el cambio correcto para los huéspedes.
  • Balanza las cuentas para todas las transacciones.
