Celtra is looking for a skilled digital designer with 3+ years of experience in display or digital advertising to join our Creative Services team. The ideal candidate is proficient in digital design and animation and can transform creative briefs into captivating visuals. They will be responsible for understanding client briefs, working creatively within brand guidelines, and delivering high-quality results.
As our client base continues to grow, we're expanding our footprint in Mexico and seeking a designer who thinks beyond the obvious, approaches challenges with confidence, and can clearly articulate their creative vision. Responsibilities
- Design ads for our current advertising campaigns
- Work in Creative Automation to build creatives
- Demonstrate skills in composition, design, animation, and video as they pertain to the digital media landscape
- Collaborate with other Designers, Customer Success Manager, and other go-to-market team members
- Support Lead Designers on all assigned tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital design
- Undergraduate degree in a design or design-related field (graphic design, fine art, motion graphics, or multimedia)
- Strong communication, an ability to explain visual design ideas and concepts with simplicity
- Depth of experience in design software: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere, and Figma
- A drive to produce a well-informed design with pixel-perfect attention to detail
- A portfolio including digital design work (presentations, websites, mobile apps, advertising) and conceptual examples
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape
- Experience working with creative teams, able to appropriately balance feedback and suggestions in an effective and impactful manner
