What You'll Be Doing

As a Casual Food & Bar Associate, you'll play animportant role in delivering exceptional service across a variety of festiveevents and functions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Servingfood and beverages in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Deliveringoutstanding customer service to guests attending Christmas parties, conferences and special events
• Settingup and preparing event spaces and service areas before events
• Takingfood and beverage orders and assisting guests with menu selections
• Maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughoutservice
• Clearingand resetting tables efficiently during and after events
• Ensuringservice stations are fully stocked and ready for service
• Assistingwith bar service and the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages
• Supportingcolleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully
• Respondingto guest requests and queries in a courteous and professional manner
• Followingall food safety, health and safety, licensing and company procedures

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are passionate aboutproviding excellent customer service and enjoy being part of a busy teamenvironment.

You'll be:

Previous experience in hospitality, events, restaurants,bars or customer service is desirable, but not essential, as full training willbe provided.

Due to the nature of this role and theservice of alcoholic beverages at our events, applicants must be aged 18 orover.
