This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthand safety professional who is passionate about developing people throughengaging training and education. Working within our Health, Safety andCompliance team, you will play a key role in delivering training programmes,supporting compliance initiatives and promoting a culture where safety andwellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

Our ideal hero will have

  • Atleast three years' recent and relevant experience within a Health &Safety role
  • Strongknowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice
  • Experiencedelivering training or coaching individuals and teams
  • Excellentcommunication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • GCSEs(or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • StrongIT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellentorganisational and time management skills
  • Theability to work independently, use initiative and adapt to changingpriorities
  • Arecognised training qualification, such as EAT Level 3, would beadvantageous
  • Experiencewithin hospitality, leisure or tourism would be beneficial

Implementing our \"Yes, We Can\"philosophy, you will

  • Developand deliver engaging, interactive and compliant health and safety trainingprogrammes across the business
  • Ensureall training materials remain up to date with current legislation andindustry best practice
  • Monitortraining completion, compliance metrics and learning outcomes, providingreports and recommendations where required
  • Supportrisk assessments, audits and inspections by identifying training needs andopportunities for improvement
  • Deliveremergency response, fire safety, accident prevention and wellbeingtraining
  • Createand update training presentations, handbooks and learning resources
  • Leadand coordinate safety and wellbeing committees across the Collection
  • Promotea positive culture of safety awareness and employee wellbeing
  • Workclosely with operational managers, HR and external partners to supportbusiness objectives and compliance requirements
  • Assistin the development and maintenance of health and safety policies,procedures and documentation
