OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:

  • Kitchen experience
  • The ability to learn quickly and work at a fast pace
  • Food hygiene level 2

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:

  • Operate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures
  • Clean all garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria, as required
  • Ensure all used stoves, grills and bain-marie are clean, using the correct chemicals and cleaning equipment
  • Make sure that all food outlets have an adequate supply of clean operating equipment at all times
  • Make sure that chefs have a continuous supply of clean pans for cooking
