As a Conference & Banqueting Porter, you'll be essential in making sure every event runs smoothly. No two days are the same, you'll be setting up eventspaces, supporting our clients and guests, and ensuring our suites look flawless. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves being active, working as part of a team, and creating memorable moments forevery guest.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up and breaking down meeting and banqueting spaces to our high resortstandards
- Supporting guests and clients with equipment or parcel movement
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented working environment
- Looking after C&B equipment and reporting anyissues promptly
- Working closely with your team to deliverexceptional customer service
- Attending training, briefings and contributing to a positive team culture
- Promoting resort facilities through excellent knowledge and communication
What We're Looking For
- Essential: Experience in a customer-facing role
- Good communication skills
- Basic IT skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet
- Desirable: Experience within a hotel or events environment
- Stock or parcel control experience
- Driving licence
- First Aid or Health & Safety training
