We are looking for a Guest Services Associate – Nights tohelp deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the overnight operation.Acting as one of the key points of contact for our guests, you will provide awarm welcome, deliver outstanding service and ensure the smooth running of thehotel during the night. Working closely with the Night Duty Manager and Front ofHouse Manager, you will support all aspects of the overnight operation, fromguest arrivals and departures to night audit procedures, preparing the hotelfor the following day and assisting departments across the hotel as required. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual whoenjoys working in a guest-focused environment and takes pride in providingmemorable experiences.

Our Ideal Hero Will Have

• Previousexperience in a hotel, hospitality or customer service environment




• Experienceworking night shifts or within a 24-hour operation




• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills




• Aprofessional and welcoming approach to guest service




• GoodIT skills, with experience of hotel systems such as Opera beingadvantageous




• Aflexible and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently




• Strongorganisational skills and attention to detail




• Theability to remain calm and professional when handling guest queries




• Desirable qualifications include First Aid at Work, BasicFood Hygiene and a Personal Licence.

• Maintainhigh standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety throughout thehotel




• Provideconcierge-style assistance and extensive knowledge of hotel facilities andlocal attractions




• Supportother departments during the overnight operation where required




• Ensureall front-of-house procedures and checklists are completed accurately
