We are looking for a passionate and reliable Casual Chef to join our team at the beautiful Parkgate Hotel. As part of our kitchen brigade, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality dishes across our restaurant and events offering, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and cooking of fresh, high-quality food
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Helping with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Working flexibly across shifts, including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
- A passion for food and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on a casual, as-needed basis
