We're looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Food &Beverage Manager to support the leadership of our Food & Beverageoperation and help deliver exceptional service at every guest touchpoint.
This is an excitingopportunity for a natural leader who enjoys developing teams, creatingmemorable guest experiences, and thriving in a fast-paced hospitalityenvironment. Working alongside the Outlet Manager, you'll play a key role indriving standards, supporting team development and ensuring the smoothday-to-day running of the outlet.
OUR IDEAL HERO WILLHAVE
- Previoussupervisory or management experience within a hotel, restaurant, bar orhospitality venue
- Agenuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experienceleading, motivating and developing teams
- Strongoperational knowledge of Food & Beverage service
- Excellentcommunication and organisational skills
- Experienceworking within a busy, guest-focused environment
- Theconfidence to make decisions and lead from the front
- Ahands-on approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Goodunderstanding of food safety, health & safety and licensingrequirements
- Experiencemanaging rotas, stock control and service delivery would be advantageous

- Supportthe day-to-day management and operation of the Food & Beverage outlet
- Lead,coach and inspire a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensureservice standards consistently exceed guest expectations

- Supportrecruitment, onboarding and team development initiatives
- Managestaffing levels and assist with departmental scheduling
- Workclosely with chefs and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Ensurecompliance with licensing, food safety, health & safety and companystandards
- Monitorstock levels and contribute to effective cost control
- Leadby example, creating a positive and engaging working environment
- Supportthe achievement of departmental targets and business objectives
