Job Description
Reporting to the E-Commerce Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the picking, packing and dispatch of all orders generated through the Celtic Online Store. Duties include processing pick lists, ensuring accurate packing of customer orders and preparation of completed orders for dispatch through couriers. The E-Commerce Warehouse Operative will also be responsible for stock replenishment, kit counts & audits.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Ensuring all E-Commerce orders are picked, packed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner, in line with set operational KPI's
- Ensuring accurate personalisation, where required (for example shirt printing)
- Working with the Customer Service, E-Commerce teams & stores, where required, to resolve customer enquiries promptly
- Communicating effectively with all relevant internal & external third parties, such as the E-Commerce Team, Warehouse, Buying Office, Suppliers and Couriers
- Ensuring Stock & Inventory is kept up-to-date for audits and kit counts
- Ensuring all Company policies and procedures are adhered to including manual handling, health and safety and stock control processes
- Reporting any issues or hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor/Management
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, using initiative
- Task orientated and proactive with ability to plan effectively
- Time management and organisation skills with ability to prioritise in pressurised environment, while working to deadlines

- Evenings, weekends & match days
