We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Technical Analyst to lead our Ticket Office technical operations and drive innovation behind the scenes. With the transition to digital ticketing, this role is critical to aligning our systems with supporter expectations and maintaining the integrity of match-day operations. This role will be the primary lead for data management and analysis, using insights to optimise Ticket Office performance and overseeing end to end administration of our Direct Debit systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support our Ticket Office Technical team
- Own configuration, updates and development of ticketing systems
- Manage data projects for the Ticket Office
- Deliver high-quality data analysis using SQL, Excel and Access
- Oversee matchday access control by performing pre-opening system tests and resolving real-time entry issues to ensure a smooth flow of supporters into the stadium
- Build dashboards in SQL/Tableau to support smarter decisions
- Provide technical support and help enhance online fan journeys
- Work collaboratively across the Club and with external partners
- Take full responsibility for Direct Debit administration
What You’ll Bring
- Strong SQL Server and data analysis skills
- Experience with Tableau/Power BI
- Background in technical support/troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexible approach, including evenings, weekends and matchdays
- Degree in a numerate or technical subject
- An added bonus: Direct Debit/BACS, advanced BI, or sporting ticketing experience
