Location: Various Locations across South Wales

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (mainly Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm - Very Occasional Weekend Working)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mobile Chef Manager to oversee and manage our contract catering operations across multiple sites. As a Mobile Chef Manager, you will be responsible for food preparation, presentation, and service at our locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen teams across multiple sites.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality meals, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Execute seasonal and creative menus that cater to various tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Flexibility to travel between locations. Own transport is essential. Travelling expenses will be paid.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role, with a background in high-volume catering.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different sites with excellent time management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene Certification preferred).
  • A full, clean driving license.
