We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established private women's healthcare clinic located in South West London. The clinic is committed to delivering personalised, patient-centred care for women and families. With advanced facilities, modern technology and a multidisciplinary team of leading healthcare professionals, the clinic offers comprehensive services including maternity, gynaecology, pelvic health physiotherapy, menopause care and general practice - all under one roof.
They are now seeking a compassionate, organised, and professional Medical Receptionist/Nurse to join their friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional front-of-house service, greeting patients and managing incoming calls.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Deliver exceptional patient service to help foster loyalty and ensure a 5-star experience.
- Manage reception duties: appointment booking, rescheduling, telephone queries, payment processing, and general administrative support.
- Ensure full compliance with clinic policies, protocols, and CQC standards.
- Conduct and record patient assessments accurately, ensuring thorough and precise documentation.
- Perform clinical tasks including blood tests, urine sampling, ECGs, height/weight measurements and body circumference measurements.
- Provide chaperoning for gynaecological examinations and procedures.
- Manage stock levels of medical supplies, consumables, and stationery.
- Handle phlebotomy and specimen processing in line with clinical protocols.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High standard of customer service with a patient-first mindset.
- Professional, reliable and confident in building rapport with patients.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist.
- NMC-registered Nurse, eligible to practice in the UK.
- Ability to work independently in patient care.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
