Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to provide ongoing locum support within a busy primary care setting while the practice recruits permanently.
There is also potential for the role to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
The role offers flexibility, with sessions available across two practice sites and a requirement of 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Chronic Disease Management (CDM)
- Travel vaccinations
- Childhood immunisations
- Cervical cytology (smears)
- Wound care and dressings
- General Practice Nurse duties
- Accurate clinical documentation using EMIS Web
- Desired Skills
- Experience in asthma management would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong clinical knowledge within primary care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
