About the Clinic

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established private women’s healthcare clinic located in South West London. The clinic is committed to delivering personalised, patient-centred care for women and families. With advanced facilities, modern technology and a multidisciplinary team of leading healthcare professionals, the clinic offers comprehensive services including maternity, gynaecology, pelvic health physiotherapy, menopause care and general practice - all under one roof. They are now seeking a compassionate, organised, and professional Medical Receptionist/Nurse to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional front-of-house service, greeting patients and managing incoming calls.
  • Maintain smooth day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional patient service to help foster loyalty and ensure a 5-star experience.
  • Manage reception duties: appointment booking, rescheduling, telephone queries, payment processing, and general administrative support.
  • Ensure full compliance with clinic policies, protocols, and CQC standards.
  • Conduct and record patient assessments accurately, ensuring thorough and precise documentation.
  • Perform clinical tasks including blood tests, urine sampling, ECGs, height/weight measurements and body circumference measurements.
  • Provide chaperoning for gynaecological examinations and procedures.
  • Manage stock levels of medical supplies, consumables, and stationery.
  • Handle phlebotomy and specimen processing in line with clinical protocols.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • High standard of customer service with a patient-first mindset.
  • Professional, reliable and confident in building rapport with patients.
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist.
  • NMC-registered Nurse, eligible to practice in the UK.
  • Ability to work independently in patient care.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
