We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) or Phlebotomist to provide short-term locum cover for approximately four weeks, with an immediate start available. This opportunity offers a regular schedule and the chance to work within a supportive primary care environment.
Working Pattern
- Approximately 3 days per week
- Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Responsibilities
- Routine phlebotomy clinics with appointments booked in 10-minute blood-taking slots
- General HCA duties where applicable
- Health reviews, including areas such as:
- Hypertension reviews
- Learning Disability reviews
- Other routine HCA clinics as required
- Accurate patient record management using SystmOne

Requirements
- Previous experience as an HCA and/or Phlebotomist within Primary Care
