Pharmacist in Birmingham

Our client are planning to introduce Cardio-Renal Metabolic (CRM) clinics within the Central Locality and would like to hire an Pharmacist. Ideally someone with experience working in GP Surgeries and with a special interest in diabetes, who may be able to support this service.\\n\\nThe clinics will be based at a Birmingham Hospital, where the Pharmacist will be working closely alongside a Consultant as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team.\\n\\nClinic details are as follows:\\n\\n· Days: Monday to Friday\\n\\n· Session length: 3.5 hours per day\\n\\n· Location: Birmingham – Hospital
