This is truly a unique opportunity to kickstart a GP career with the right balance of flexibility, learning, and support. You will need to be; a) newly qualified within the last 2 years, and b) have not held a substantive/salaried GP role since qualifying? Hourly Rate and Contract Benefits: The position offers a pro-rata sessional pay rate of £12,000 – £13,500 per session, for a rolling fixed contract until the end of March 2025. This ARRS-funded role is an excellent stepping stone, providing newly qualified GPs with a supportive, structured environment and valuable hands-on experience across multiple sites. Youll work with a dynamic GP Surgery, receiving first-hand exposure to various patient demographics and conditions in an urban setting. Flexibility and Variety: Working 2days per week / 4 sessions p/week – Normal BMA standard day with 15 minute appointments. ARRS-Funded Support: Designed specifically for newly qualified GPs, ARRS-funded roles offer dedicated guidance and a robust support network. This role ensures a nurturing environment, giving you a smooth transition into primary care while working alongside experienced colleagues and a proactive PCN management team. About the surgery: They are known for its collaborative team culture, featuring a supportive management team and dedicated Clinical Leads who work together to improve patient outcomes. Theexisting team is friendly and cohesive with high levels of experience. Practice team made out of 5 GPs , practice nurses, HCAs, clinical pharmacists, social prescriber, practice manager, admin and reception staff, and are equipped with EMIS Web. JBRP1_UKTJ
