The Role
As a Graduate Regional Sales Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your territory, working directly with customers to understand their challenges and deliver tailored engineering solutions. You’ll be building relationships, winning new business, and developing into a high-performing sales professional. No prior sales experience is required — full training is provided. The territory includes Reading, Southampton, Portsmouth, Guildford, Redhill, Brighton, Tonbridge, Maidstone, Canterbury, Dartford and South London.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and developing existing customer relationships
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Working on customer projects from enquiry through to solution
- Planning and managing your schedule using CRM systems
- Providing engineering-led solutions to customer requirements
- Conducting both face-to-face and virtual customer meetings
