As a true technology partner, our client provides a total solution, tailor-made with the security, controls, compliance, unique insights, and the system agility required for tackling the toughest modern communication challenges. Major clients include British Telecom, AT&T, and the NHS.
The role:
The Graduate Sales Representative is responsible for creating new opportunities throughout the UK, qualifying inbound inquiries, generating new opportunities, nurturing prospects, closing deals, and working closely with the international sales teams where required, creating and enhancing relationships with your new customers.
Leveraging all mediums of communication—telephone, email, all forms of social media, exhibitions, and other communication mediums—you are the face of the Company and are often the prospective clients’ first impressions of the business. This role is a great introduction to selling in a high-end business-to-business environment. Managing numerous opportunities across all stages of the sales cycle, you will understand the importance of identifying unique customer value, challenging customer perceptions, and progressing opportunities from initial interest to closing deals using our client’s CPaaS products.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify inquiries in your defined territory with a go-to-market plan.
- Nurture developed or inbound leads using marketing, sales, and personal tools and initiatives into sales opportunities.
- Create new qualified opportunities.
- Provide timely follow-up to all customer needs and requirements.
- Actively recruit new customers.
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with new customers.
- Meet all assigned weekly and quarterly objectives.
- Deliver virtual demonstrations and other sales development activities as required.
