Shredder Plant Supervisor CELSA Recycling Cardiff Up to £42,000 salary + 5% bonus Youll be responsible for the daily running of the of the Hammer mill. This will include supervising the shift activities of the plant, and non-ferrous lines. Youll train and mentor Yard Operatives, Material Handler Drivers and Metal Pickers on site to ensure work is carried out safely and effectively. Some of your responsibilities include: Supervise and manage the team and coordinate daily workload, review as and when needed. Implement procedures related to Scrap Processing Operations and ensure that the team adheres to them.
