Shift Manager Celsa Steel – Cardiff Up to £46,132 plus 15% Bonus 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) As a Shift Manager at CELSA, you will be responsible for directing manufacturing operations safely within one of our Hot Rolling Mills. You will need to make efficient use of your available resources, ensuring that the production targets are met. You will also work closely with your colleagues in the production management team to ensure that we are getting the best out of our processes.
