Human Resources Advisor Celsa Manufacturing Cardiff Up to £37,000 + 10% Bonus As Human Resources Advisor you will be supporting our business units. No two days will be the same, you will be working on all aspects of employee relation activities such as disciplinaries, absence management to support the implementation of our HR strategy. Youll be responsible for managing different processes and prioritising your workload. You will coach, support and advise line managers on all people related aspects. Youll find it easy to challenge and influence managers to ensure they follow established processes or meet best practice within their area. You will have previous experience interviewing as you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support a smooth recruitment process within your area of responsibility. To apply for this role, you will need to be minimum CIPD L5 qualified. Successful applicants will have previous experience with operational HR activities.
