During your apprenticeship you will learn the theory as well as gain the hands-on experience you need to become a Mechanical or Electrical Craftsperson. Your role will be to prevent and react to breakdowns in and around the plant. No two days will be the same, depending on the apprenticeship you pursue you could be fault-finding on electrical motors or rebuilding an industrial gearbox. Your first job however, is to learn and take in all the knowledge and skills that your lecturers, mentors and coach/instructors give you. About you We are looking for apprentices to join us as a first year apprentice. The apprenticeship will last 4 years.
