You will be working in the Talent Team and learn how to source, attract, hire and onboard talent into CELSA. You’ll also be involved in improvement projects to increase market awareness and create future talent pipelines and help modernise the organisation for the future. You’ll not only be an important part of shaping the future of our workforce but also enhance our market presence.
