Engineering Manager

CELSA – Cardiff

We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join us at CELSA!

Some of the accountabilities include…

  • Key Involvement in the Health & Safety strategy for the Business Unit. Developing/Promoting Health & Safety amongst direct/indirect reports.
  • Establishing operating budgets, monitoring the cost effectiveness, and reliability of process engineering activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending and ensure that standards are met.
  • Evaluating the results of all projects and prepares recommendations for senior managers about significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems or technology.
  • Leadership/management of a team of multi-disciplined engineers and crafts people.
  • Create career development programmes for the team and develop medium-term planning for the growth of the process.
